Granny's Quick Collards.

"Smoky, garlicky, ready in 25 minutes. The kind of greens that make you call your people."

  1. 01. Wash 2 lbs collards. Stack, roll, ribbon-cut.
  2. 02. Render 4 strips smoked turkey or 2 tbsp olive oil.
  3. 03. Add 4 cloves garlic, pinch chili flake.
  4. 04. Toss greens; splash 1/2 cup broth, 1 tbsp vinegar.
  5. 05. Cover 12 min. Salt to taste. Serve.
